Eating in Disneyland | Paris Day 2

Caught up with Day 1?

First of all, check out our travel post from Disneyland for loads of photos from our day!

As you can imagine, eating in Disneyland is more expensive than your average meal, but we were prepared for it and went for one of the cheaper options. There are many places to choose from, from all you can eat buffets to cheap eats, but we chose something in the middle with this lasagne.

It couldn't have been more appropriate as we hear it was National Lasagne Day!

It came with a choice of garlic bread or side salad, tiramisu for dessert and drink, all for 14 euros. Whilst it wasn't the greatest food we've ever had, it was pretty filling and saw us through until dinner which we didn't have until about 8pm.

Just outside of the two main Disneyland parks are a number of restaurants, mostly of the American diner type. Planet Hollywood was perhaps the most famous, and came here after a platter of bites. We didn't want anything too heavy as we weren't sure if we'd be going on more rides afterwards. It turned out we didn't, but it was very good to be fair.

In summary, we got what was more or less expected when going to this type of attraction. The day was no means about the food for once though, so we were more than happy!

  7. National lasagne day just has to be celebrated, am I right?! I've heard that Disney has loads of character-themed restaurants but I bet it costs megabucks to eat there, so I'm not surprised that you guys thought ahead and went for the more budget friendly options! Glad you're loving Disneyland!
