Event: BlogFoster Launch, and Dinner at Shake Shack - London

Cheesy Fries - £4 each
James - Double SmokeShack - Cheeseburger with British free range Wiltshire cure smoked bacon, chopped cherry pepper and ShackSauce - £10.75

Jessica - Double ShackBurger - Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and ShackSauce - £8.75

Last night we were invited to the UK launch of Blogfoster, which we will discuss a bit more below, but first to the food! Since the event was held at peak dinner time hours, but yet there was no food, grabbing a late night bite for dinner was a must. Being in Central London, we had many choices, and eventually decided to come back to the first place we ever ate together, nearly two and a half years ago, which actually is "blogged" about here (aww how romantic haha)

To be honest, we don't remember it being this expensive, but for the sake of our hunger, romanticising, and old times sake, we went for it and there were no regrets.

Back to the event, so let us tell you a little about the company...

Blogfoster is a technology company from Berlin who have built a tool for bloggers and brands to collaborate. Blogfoster acts as a connector between bloggers and businesses for advertising and campaign services, meaning bloggers can find the most relevant brands to their audience for the best possible reward.

The event was held in The Hospital Club, Loft Lounge in Covent Garden. It was an intimate event filled with bloggers, investors and brands.

Upon arrival, we were given name tags with a blue mark, which meant we were bloggers, yellow were investors, etc. We were offered white wine, red wine or beer before the presentation, followed by a Q&A.

We believe this a great concept for those who want to make money and it has created an easy way of finding brands to work with. If this is something that interests you, then you should definitely look into it - we might just give it a test run ourselves soon!

*We were invited as guests by Blogfoster but as always, all photos and opinions are our own

  1. The food looks gorgeous, I remember seeing you post an image of this food on Instagram and the chips are absolute goals! It's a tad pricey for the food but a great treat x

  2. This sounds like a neat idea for a business, and I'll be interested to hear more if you try it out!

Shake Shack is on my list of burger places to try! There's one right in downtown Chicago and I've walked past it a zillion times, but somehow the timing is never right.
