- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 125g butter, softened
- 200g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 tablespoons black treacle

Ginger Cookies:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Sift together the flour, ginger, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and 200g sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then stir in the water and treacle. Place the biscuit mix 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking tray, and flatten slightly.

1. Melt all the white chocolate in a pan or place into a heat proof bowl over a pan of boiling water.

2. Dip ginger cookies into the melted chocolate about less than half way through and place on baking paper to set in the fridge for about 10 mins.

3. Once set, using your icing pens to decorate how you wish or mistletoe (as shown above)
