I'm Dominic, I am a chef and founder of the Norfolk Foodie which is a blog showcasing food and drink reviews and my own musings.

Why did you start blogging?

I studied journalism at university and with my knowledge of the food industry thought I would create a good blog.

Three Random Facts

1. Sleep is my favourite past time.
2. I am an introvert.
 3. I have a sweet tooth.

What is your most favourite meal in the world?

Mushroom pappardelle

Are you more of a sweet or savoury kind of person?


Do you have any weird food/eating habits?

I like to eat gravy with a spoon after I have finished my roast.

If you could travel anywhere in the world purely for its food, where would you go?


What is your favourite meal in the day and why?

Breakfast as it gives me reason to get out of bed in the morning.

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Apple cobbler

  1. That is definitley a weird food habit but I understand your love of gravy!! Bbq bananas how interesting and can you believe I've never had a cobbler of any sort!
