Welcome to the Food & Baker food blogger series, which every blogger, vlogger, tweeter is welcome because what human being doesn't like food(!?) This is a just a simple, quick and fun series of food related questions to just to get to know each other and meet new bloggers!

We are super grateful to everyone who are involved! Let's get started!


Introduction:

I am a young beauty, fashion and lifestyle blogger who is all about positivity, happiness and loving life! I have a small obsession with Christmas and Disney (ha ha!) and just love the blogging community since it's such an encouraging place. I have a blog largely about beauty and lifestyle with a little touch of fashion, DIY and food (cause who doesn't love food?!) 😂

Why did you start blogging?

I started blogging because of my love for writing and fashion, and the desire to have an outlet to express this in!

Three Random Facts

1. I play lacrosse and was lucky enough to get into my city's representative team (what?!) which I still can't get over!
2. I hate horror movies with a passion, I just don't think I can understand why you would want to be petrified for fun! I feel like I'm the only one who feels this way though...
3. I absolutely adore baths, they're so relaxing and calming, especially considering I'm often quite busy it's nice to put aside a bit of my week to completely zone out and do things I enjoy like read and watch YouTube :)

Are you allergic to anything?

I'm actually not! I sometimes think it would be interesting to be allergic to something but I'm also very grateful that I can try lots of different things.

What is your most favourite meal in the world?

I always have loved my mother's hamburgers! And I also loved mashed potato, so although together they would be an odd combo, something along the lines of this would be my favourite! Even though it's not that healthy... Eeek!

Are you more of a savoury or sweet kind of person?

Although I love certain savoury foods, I'm always a sweet tooth at heart!

If you could travel anywhere in the world purely for its food, where would you go?

I have a thing for Italian food, so travelling to any place in Italy, or to be honest any exotic-is European place around this, would be amazing to experience the food! 

What is your favourite meal in the day and why?

Probably dinner as for me it is more of a proper meal. Breakfast for me is always quite quick and and lunch (although delicious!) is kind of the same! So even though morning is my favourite time of day, dinner is definitely the most scrumptious and fun meal of the day.

Do you prefer to cook at home or eat out?

It depends, if what I'm cooking at home is fun and challenging then I would prefer to cook at home since it's so rewarding to eat something you created yourself! But eating out is such a luxury and if it's a restaurant I like then it is much more relaxing and more of an event.

Recipe: Peanut Butter Cheesecake Slabs

This recipe is the most decadent and rich slice you will ever eat! But in saying that, it is super delicious and easy to just keep eating again and again and again and again…
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of vanila biscuit crumbs4 tablespoons of melted butter450g of cream cheese1/2 cup of sugar2 eggs1 cup of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth, whichever you prefer!)1 teaspoon of vanilla extract1 cup milk chocolate chips2 tablespoon of cream
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius, and line a square baking tin with baking paper
In a bowl, mix together the biscuit crumbs and the butter. Once combined, pat it into the bottom of the pan and bake it for ten minutes, or until set and then let it cool
In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated then beat in the peanut butter and vanilla. Spread into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is firm and the center slightly jiggles, then cool completely.
Once the bars are cool, melt together the chocolate chips and the cream in a microwave and spread onto the top of the cheesecake, the chill in the refrigerator for around 4 hours or overnight. Cut into bars before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Definitely the one where you were at Cadbury world. It made my mouth water and really convinced me to visit one day... not that I need convincing to go to a chocolate factory, ha ha!

  1. Oh my God I use to LOVE horrors and slasher films, I'm not a bit too scared to watch them hahaha! Oh girl come round for dinner here I'm Italian and I LOVE to cook!
