#FBbloggerseries: @justbelle_x

Welcome to the Food & Baker food blogger series, which every blogger, vlogger, tweeter is welcome because what human being doesn't like food(!?) This is a just a simple, quick and fun series of food related questions to just to get to know each other and meet new bloggers!

We are super grateful to everyone who are involved! Let's get started!

I'm Izzy, a 24 year old blogger from Southampton. I like to cover topics primarily on beauty, fashion, lifestyle and travel.

Why did you start blogging?

I had kept a blog as part of my course at university and I was coming close to the end of university and enjoyed reading blogs, I thought I would keep it up.

Three Random Facts

1. I have flown with the Red Arrows.
2. I once got to be in a Disney Parade at the Animal Kingdom Park.
3. I have been a vegetarian since birth due to my Mum having been a vegetarian since she was very small.

Are you allergic to anything?

Not that I know of.

What is your most favourite meal in the world?

This is a tough one as I love lots of food, probably a roast dinner. I know it's peculiar for a vegetarian to say that but I am genuinely happy to just eat everything else aside from the meat.

Are you more of a savoury or sweet kind of person?

Definitely a savoury person as I am sweet enough already! 😉 Nah, I'm kidding, I find savoury food actually fills me up while sweet food can just make me feel sick yet still hungry at the same time.

Do you have any weird food/eating habits?

When I was a student, I would quite often eat pasta and gravy, a bowl of cooked frozen vegetables with a slice of bread and cheese, and I also put a pinch of salt in my coffee to make it less bitter. (I know it sounds weird but trust me, it works!).

If you could travel anywhere in the world purely for its food, where would you go?

Ooooh this is a toughy! Maybe Italy for real pasta and pizza, as well as Greece for a proper Greek salad.

What is your favourite meal in the day and why?

Dinner usually as I love trying new recipes out.

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Roast dinner (take out the meat though) probably.

What would be the "out of the ordinary" thing you've eaten?

I once ate lamb by accident.

Do you prefer to cook at home or eat out?

I like to do both to mix things up a bit.

Recipe: Pudding Pie

An oldie but a simple pudding recipe I posted on the blog last Christmas.

What's your favourite post of ours?

This was literally amazing and I'm so glad I got to try some of it! :)
