Date Night: Namco Funscape Arcade

Due to the typical joys of living in the UK, we had the trouble of rain last week! But by the time we got out, so had the sun, so in the end we did end up going with our original plan of the Boris Bikes. In  the meantime, we came up with Plan B (this week's date night), so we were already planned and ready to go by the time this week came around!

We decided to go to an arcade in Westminster, which was full of the typical games, entertainment, bowling lanes and laser games. We took to the dancing machines to begin with, followed by bumper cars and shooting basketball hoops! It is all actually quite tiring, so took a seat in the downstairs bar where there are many sports screens, pool and table tennis tables.

As you will see when watching our vlog tomorrow, we had a bit of a disaster which meant the footage from this night was lost, so these pictures are all we were left with! We are so gutted we have no video from this!

After the arcade we took a moonlit walk along Embankment and headed towards Caffe Concerto, where we had these delicious cakes! We have walked past many times and admired the cake display, so tonight was when we finally got to actually have some. We hope to go back for a full meal sometime soon - the pasta also looks amazing!
