#FBbloggerseries: @jessandjoshcook

Welcome to the Food & Baker food blogger series, which every blogger is welcome because what human being doesn't like food(!?) This is a just a simple, quick and fun series of food related questions to just to get to know each other and meet new bloggers!

We are super grateful to everyone who are involved! Let's get started!

Introduction

My name is Jessica and I run Jess & Josh Cook which is mainly a food blog, but I sometimes post about our lives and travels. It’s a joint blog with my boyfriend but I do all the social media and blogging and he does all the cooking and the recipe development so we work together quite well!

Why did you start blogging?

We were cooking loads of really great stuff and so we decided to make an Instagram dedicated to just our food, and then after a few months a blogger friend urged us to start putting our recipes on to a blog so we did!

Three Random Facts

1. I grew up in Spain, so I’m fluent Spanish.

2. I have a fear of belly buttons.

3. I’m a wrestling fan!

Are you allergic to anything?

Only that Vicks vapour rub stuff; but my mum is allergic to loads of food, including marmite!

Do you have any weird food/eating habits?

I have to chew equally on both sides of my mouth. Does that make sense? Like, if I were to chew three times on the right I’d have to chew three times on the left with my next bite.

If you could travel anywhere in the world purely for its food, where would you go?

ITALY! Pasta, ice cream, pizza…….

What is your favourite meal in the day and why?

I look forward to meals for different reasons. I never have breakfast so definitely not that one but I love lunch because it means I can split up my day and get out the office but I definitely couldn’t live without dinner. It’s the one time a day where me and Josh can cook together and it’s always delicious.

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Mashed potato. No doubt.

Do you prefer to cook at home or eat out?

Eating out, I love trying new places and getting dressed up for date night!
