How To: None Bake Oreo Cheesecake

Finally, a How To post, right? Well, let me just get this out the way - I am one of them people who just wing it and hope for the best. Alright, when I first made it, I followed some instructions but over the years, I just think I remember and just start throwing things together!

To be honest, it's simple enough but I'm just saying I don't follow spoons or cups measurements, I do the finger licking taste test haha as long as it taste good, right? Forgetting about the calories and all ;)

Ingredients:

- 2 packets of Oreos
- 3 tubs of cream cheese
- Icing sugar
- Butter
- Mini Oreos (for decoration)
- Nutella (for decoration)

Instructions:

Oreo base:

1. Using 1 and a half packets of Oreos, seperate the cookies into a sealable bag and the cream part into a small bowl to use later.

2. With all the cookie parts in the sealable bag, close bag and crush the cookies until fine, or what to your preference (the finer it is, the easier it'll mould together to make your base)

3. Combine oreo crumbs with melted butter and flatten at the bottom of your chosen tin

4. Set in the fridge for 20 minuets or until you've finished doing the cream cheese filling haha

Cream cheese filling

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all cream cheese, along with the cream middle part from the Oreo

2. Sift in icing sugar, to your taste

3. Break in quarters the remaining full Oreos and combine

4. Pour mixture onto your refrigerated Oreo base, to set in the fridge for 2 hours

Decoration:

1. Use mini Oreos on corners, of course decorate as you please

2. We added Nutella lines and drips for decoration too

3. Take lots of Instagram pictures, post and enjoy! 😁

  5. I am TOTALLY a taste test person. I get it from my mom. I'll follow the recipe the first time, but already be thinking of what I would add or do differently. This cake looks delicious, so I'm sure it was sooo hard for you to suffer through the taste tests. lol ;) Thank you for sharing! XOXO
