3 Best Restaurants in Sheffield

So after doing our best places to have brunch, and also coffee in Sheffield posts, we have decided to wrap up our Sheffield related posts for a while with the best restaurants to have dinner at. Now there is absolutely no bias in this post - it just turns out that Ecclesall Road really is where it's at! And to be fair, this is obviously only out of the places that we have been to - so without further ado...

1. Graze Inn, Ecclesall Road

Everything about Graze Inn was just fantastic. Let's start with the food - as you can see the portions were more than filling, brilliantly presented and super tasty! We always remember here for having great service as our waitress on the day was so chatty and friendly. I'm sorry we didn't get her name but I'm sure the rest of the staff are just as great too! We wished we went back actually, for the Cowshed bar! It looks really quirky and classy - so when we are back in Sheffield, we're definitely making this a place to come for drinks!

2. Red's True Barbecue, Ecclesall Road

So originally we wanted this post to be about the independent restaurants of Sheffield, but I'm sorry, you can't ignore this place! Although not a massive chain (I think around 10 around around the country), it's ridiculously good! For us, it definitely ranks above well-established barbecue restaurant Smoke Barbecue, which is in the City Centre. Service and food were both spot on! And I seem to have a natural attraction to this place as there is another restaurant a short walk away from my work in London!

3. Craft & Dough, Ecclesall Road and Kelham Island

And last but no means least, is Craft & Dough - which we have been to maybe more than any restaurant ever! It's been on my doorstep both years I've had in Sheffield, and they've recently opened another one on Campo Lane! The pizza is far better than the major chains and the innovative menu always makes for a difficult decision! The atmosphere is always buzzing! and we do love to have a cocktail or two when we visit!
