Dinner @ All Bar One, Pavillion Parade

Pad Thai - With chicken, rice noodles, peppers, broccoli, free range egg, pak choi, sugar snaps, sweet chilli and peanuts - £10.50 - Jessica

After choccywoccydoodah we wandered around the Lanes and all the cute independent shops, and stared in all the restaurants, wishing we weren't already full. We had about an hour to do this before we headed off to the theatre to see Gangsta Granny, which we only booked earlier today.

Chicken burrito - with black beans, herby rice, peppers and Monterey Jack cheese. Served with house salad, avocado and sour cream - £8.50 - James

We didn't really have a clue what it would be like or what it was about, but we fancied a theatre fix after not going for a whole year, since Jessica's birthday this time last year.

Turns out it was very funny and we both really enjoyed it! It was mainly for kids, but we don't mind that at all!

We came out about 9.15 not too hungry, so looked for a place to have nibbles. But we didn't know where we were going, and found an All Bar One, which we decided to go in.

Jessica found a new love for Zinfandel wine (a recommendation by me as I used to work at a bar) and I went for something a little different as I didn't fancy another beer. So I had the Bellini (prosecco with strawberry).

Nibbles inevitably turned into a meal and I had a burrito which was really good but Jessica felt her Pad Thai a little bland (hense the confusing star rating - it's not a typo!)
