Balti lamb and rice meatballs with aubergines and a tomato sauce - cooked by James

So far, today has been the laziest of lazy days! But we have been awake since early, as we had to prep this meal and have it in the slow cooker 4 and a half hours earlier as to when we planned to eat.

We used my new Slow Cooker book bought by Grandma, and my slow cooker also bought by Grandma - so thank you Grandma! 

As we are going out to The Common Room at 4 to watch Liverpool win the League Cup later (hopefully!), we wanted to eat around 3.
