Dinner @ Sheffield

Once I had returned from work and we had gained access to my room again haha, there was no time for rest as we had to go out to do the food shopping for dinner and also the next day. Originally we had planned to make what is tomorrows dinner today, but we ran out of time to prepare it in the morning, so we decided to do this which would be much quicker to make! (See tomorrows' post to see why).

Back in the days when I did all the cooking, I had made this for Jessica and I but in all honesty and for reasons I couldn't understand - it wasn't brilliant. So I wanted to try again, and with Jessica's help, it was much better this time. We also decided to buy the Pizza Express dough balls from Tesco to go along with it.

Ingredients: spaghetti, bacon, chorizo sausage, red pepper, onion, spinach, tinned tomatos.

For dessert, we bought our favourite doughnuts! We hadn't had the one on the left before - it was Salted Caramel Biscoff.
